Shopping with MSD Animal Health in 3 simple steps

With your account details already built-in, placing an order in our shop couldn’t be easier. Available on a desktop, tablet, or smartphone, you can login and checkout in just a few minutes, which makes shopping with MSD Animal Health more convenient than ever before.

Step 1: Login in

Insert your email address and password.

Step 2: Select your delivery address

If you have more than one delivery address registered with your MSD Animal Health account, select the address you would like your order sent to. If you have just one address registered, you will arrive directly at the home page.

Step 3: Add MSD Animal Health products to your cart

Use navigation on the header, the search function, or Quick Order to find the products you would like to add to your cart.

Note: Supply of Schedule 4 products is restricted. You can only purchase these products if we hold your valid licence against your account. Please contact Customer Care – Phone 1800 033 461 or customerservice.ahau@msd.com for more details if needed.

Step 4: Checkout

Click your shopping cart at any time to begin checkout. Any free goods will be added to your Cart Summary automatically and can be seen on the Order Summary for checkout.

You can also add your purchase order number and leave comments in the Comments window for our Customer Care team to action.

If you would like the order confirmation to be emailed to additional person/s click on ‘Add email’.

NB: The additional email address/s will only relate to this order.

Once you’re happy, click on Final review to check your selections, then click to accept the Terms of Sale and Place order. Your MSD Animal Health order number will be confirmed on the screen and an email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address and your order will appear immediately in Order History.
